Day 5: Role Reversal – Pirate!Emma and Prince!Killian – Letting Go of the Past

Her plan was simple. Seduce Prince Killian and set up a meeting away from the castle. Once alone, she’d have no problem subduing him and taking him on her ship.

As much as she found his company pleasant she couldn’t afford to feel remorse. She had to act quickly because the trip would
take some time and people she was bringing the Prince to weren’t patient. She couldn’t afford to miss them, for what they had could help her finally get her revenge.

What she didn’t expect was for prince Killian
to grow on her, even before she brought him on her ship. Letting him roam the ship freely and conversing with the man didn’t help the matters either. 

In the end she had no regrets about anything that happened between them during their trip. It just made her choice easier. Being with Killian made her realize that her revenge was an end, not the beginning. And if she wanted to move forward she had to let it go. She did just that by changing course and sailing as far away as she could from anything that reminded her of her past.
