Cylons were created to make life easier in the twelve colonies, but then
they turned on their masters deciding to destroy them. Mankind was reduced to a small fleet of civilian ships protected by the Battlestar Galactica and its crew. 

Protecting the fleet from the enemy was their main objective, and
viper pilots had to rely on each other in order to fulfill that.

Emma and Killian were two of Galactica’s best pilots. They were friends since the academy, and working together was never a
problem. They had each other’s backs and would do anything for each other, even
risking their own lives to get the other back home safely. 

World almost coming to end brought people closer and relationships evolved in such conditions which was the case with the two of them. They didn’t know how long the fight for survival would last, but as long as they had each other they would not stop fighting.
