So this is my first time really participating in any fandom project, and based on this experience it’s definitely something I would love to do again! I served as one of the artists alongside
Salem @artistic-writer for xemmaloveskillianx who wrote the very fun story You Need Only Ask, inspiring the saucy illustration below the cut. It’s been so long since I’ve done any real illustration work, which was a fun and challenging experience, though after reading the story I knew exactly what scene I wanted to depict. I love when Emma and Killian are challenging each other, and I couldn’t help but imagine the two of them playfully staring each other down, their world focusing in on just the two of them while their friends look on in amused fascination having already lost so completely in their poker playing.
I’ve definitely been inspired to keep playing with my own artwork, and hopefully participating in more fandom projects to get to know more of my shipmates! 🙂
Thank you to @captainswanbigbang for organizing this project, and @xemmaloveskillianx for such a fun story! This has been a blast! 🙂
