I haven’t posted about OUAT in a long time but I was looking at gifsets and I just noticed that the beanstalk is now in Storybrooke and it honestly made me so happy and weepy that I just want to curl into a ball and die.

Just. Like. Just picture Killian pointing off in the distance to the beanstalk while little Hope toddles along beside him, her little hand wrapped around his hook, and listen, Killian knows she doesn’t totally understand words like “epic adventure” and “true love” and “maddeningly untrusting” but she’ll babble back at him when he tells her about how he and Emma went on their first of many dangerous missions together.

“Of course you’ll have your own misadventures, possibly some villains of your own. True love, and family, maybe even a rebellious phase your mother and I pretend is completely uncharacteristic of this ridiculous family. When you’re older. Not now, you understand, but when you’re older.”

“Da!” Hope says, and Killian just grins.

“And of course we’ll have to teach you the spinny move. Your mother insists you’re too young for a sword but she never said anything about sticks. Loophole, you see. Don’t tell her I taught you about loopholes.”
