Mills Mechanics has made a fortune producing Compandroids, remarkably lifelike androids that are nearly indistinguishable from humans and designed to be a perfect companion for the wealthy people who commission them. Built to the specifications of their respective owners, Emma and Killian are no exception to this, but still find themselves drawn to each other in a way that defies all logical explanation or programming. Haunted by a sense of loss even when happily living their separate lives, their circumstances have them returned to the factory headquarters at the same time, and they are astounded to discover that the face they’ve fallen for in their dreams is that of a fellow robot. If two lovers are made to be together, can anything truly keep them apart? Do you need a soul to have a soulmate?
If you’re a Once Upon a Time fan that has watched the entire show from beginning to end at least once (or if you’re one of the many ppl who has watched the same character or pairing-centric episodes), then you might be interested in assisting me with a small Once-related project.
I have been in the process of trying to write a small-ish essay about Killian Jones and non-toxic masculinity and/or non-conforming gender expectations for the last few years. I have a few scenes in mind already, but I could really do more with a broader spectrum of scene-age from S2 through S6. All I’d really be asking for is this:
Season and Episode (0x00)
Time Stamp
Brief Summary of Scene
Honestly, end of the day, if I don’t receive any help I’ll end up doing this regardless, but I’m currently working two jobs, planning a wedding, and managing multiple podcasts. I would really love to have a first draft of this sooner rather than later, so having a kind of backlog of source material to easily turn to would just allow that to happen much quicker than if I had to go through all 6 seasons by myself. I know that there are some people out there with a clearer memory of certain moments or scenes more than I, so I figured I would see if anyone in the community would be available and willing to help.
I’d be more than happy to “pay” you in fic or some kind of aesthetic (whether that be user or fandom-related).
Rating: T Warnings: Alcohol use/abuse Summary: Emma isn’t all too familiar with the world of online content creator conventions, and finds out the rough way how intense the gamer crowd can be when she has an unpleasant encounter with ‘The Captain’ of popular youtube trio ‘The Brothers Jones’, Killian Jones.

Emma watched her brother pace nervously around the lounge that had been set up back stage for all attending guests, along with their accompanying family and friends. She couldn’t really blame David. She’d seen the crowds pouring into the ballroom on their way to this little content creator safe haven. She had a hard time wrapping her head around the idea that millions of people could be watching her beyond a computer screen – to see even a fraction of that number of people in person? It was overwhelming. And she wasn’t even the Youtuber in the family.
“You need to relax…” Mary-Margaret sighed from where she was lounging beside Emma on the surprisingly comfy couch. “You’re getting yourself worked up over nothing.”
“How can you not be worked up?!” David turned abruptly on his heels, pausing in his pacing to give his wife a wide-eyed, incredulous stare. “Did you see all the people out there?!”
“All the same people who watch us on a daily basis,” Mary-Margaret had adopted that motherly voice she normally used for her and David’s toddler, Leo. Though Emma had heard it directed to her brother, and herself, more times than was probably necessary. “They already love you.”
