Summary: Emma Swan has worked hard to escape her troubled past and start a brand new life. But with that brand new life now involving a new fiancé, there’s something in her old hometown that she has to go back for: a divorce.

“I’m sorry,” Emma said. For once, she felt like she was finally able to be totally honest, with both him and herself. “I really am. I know it doesn’t seem like it, since … Sorry, I should shut up.”
“It’s all right.” He sighed. “I know things have been rough for us, long distance, but I’d really hoped that after our talk yesterday, we could move forward.”
Alright, everyone’s talking about Emma considering marrying Walsh, but is anyone going to bring up how Hook was considering marrying Emma?????? Because he was. That man is straight up thinking about marriage. Aside from constantly bringing up how Emma almost got engaged, when he asks Emma, “Were you considering it? His proposal?” and she says, “Does it matter?” and he grumpily replies, “Humor me,” he wants to know if marriage could be in the cards for her. She says, “I was in love so of course I was considering it,” and he has his little “ah-ha” moment when he tilts his head back and studies her and realizes the implication of that statement, because it’s not just about that Emma can love again, it’s that Emma would go all-in for love. Well Hook wants to go all in for her, has been wanting that since the beginning of the season, and now that he knows without a doubt, that she would want to get married, you can bet your bum that he’s already got it in his head that he’s gon marry that girl.
